Shipping
Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS with tracking information.
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays. Office hours are 10am-5pm, all orders placed in the evening or on the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for fabrication of made-to-order pieces.
You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. Please note, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Returns
We accept returns on items in original, unworn condition up to 10 days after purchase.
Resized items, custom projects, and special orders are final sale. Sale items are also final sale.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
